I am so honored and still in shock!
In the last two weeks I have had the most amazing things happen to me. As I enter my 20th year in Business 2 months from today, I am shocked to tell you that last week I was in the San Diego Union Tribune listed in the San Diego's Best section as the only Financial Planner listed in the top 5 who was not a bank, thank you so much to San Diego for voting for me! I am so honored and I think still in shock. As most of you know I love social media and I am a big proponent of using it for business, I have been interviewed many times on the radio regarding social media and business. I have had much success using social media for business in many ways. Well last week it happened, It was announced that I was #5 from the previous #11 out of the 100 top Insurance Professionals to follow on Twitter for the month of August. Tax Free Retirement and upcoming March free events
Hello all! Well, my 20th year in business continues to be amazing! I have an interview coming up with a potential agent who wants to join me working at Five Rings Financial, I helped a long time girlfriend last week set up an annuity for her retirement and I have helped a long time gal pal set up a travel medical insurance plan for her trip to Brazil coming up. As you all know, your health insurance here in the US does NOT cover you out of the US. Awesome!
Next week I am speaking at the NAIFA CA Palomar monthly meeting, I am educating the Financial Planners and Agents on the importance of social media for the insurance Agent. Yahoo!!! Crazy

Wine, Women & Wealth January events
Hello all! It's a rainy day in San Diego today, glad I am working from home today. This week is our big Wine, Women and Wealth week for this mo., if you would like to join me, please RSVP to me. Tomorrow's event is at the Wine Co. in Temecula, 7-9 p.m. Wednesday's event is at the famous Bernardo Winery 7-9pm, free networking and wine tasting for women only. Bernardo Winery is the oldest winery in Southern Ca. Last week I was at an Anthem meeting. It was based on blogging and RSS feeds, it was very int but what I found most int and kind of funny was something the speaker told us about the Hard Rock cafe in Las Vegas. Upon check in they ask you what your Twitter name is, once you tell them, they look up your Klout, if you have great Klout, which I do, then you get free upgrades on the spot, so cool! I am Definitely going to go that next time we go to Vegas.
