Obamacare, the basics

The basics of obamacare are easy.  What you need to know is that all policies will now be guaranteed issue and if you qualify for a subsidy then you can get a cheaper plan in the "exchange".  The ONLY reason to buy a health insurance plan in the "exchange" is if you qualify for a subsidy.  If not, its better for you to own a plan outside of the "exchanges".  Its all based on your Modified Adjusted Gross Income.
